ESHED is driven by a desire to connect the link between food processors and contractors, both contributing to producing a safe product for human consumption.
The founder of E-Shed is passionate about food safety and optimizing efficiencies within manufacturing facilities. Whilst working as a Quality and Production Manager for a large food processor, he gained over 25 years Food Manufacturing Industry experience and has knowledge in Quality, Auditing, Management, Engineering and Systems, Project Management and Training. The founder is an active member of EHEDG and 3A SSi (2 Global leaders in Sanitary Principles and Hygienic Guidelines).
He understands the unique production and facility needs of food processing companies. He witnessed first-hand that the construction and maintenance contractors in the industries, did not always understand the food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing business and the basic requirements for food compliance when conducting work in these manufacturing environments. Thus, potential for cross contamination becoming even bigger problem.
The vision is: To apply his extensive experience in this field to connect food processors and contractors.
His agenda to improve hygienic engineered design and standards within the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries, ultimately delivering improved compliance and efficiencies to producers, and better, safer products for human consumption and elimination of cross contamination.
